14-Day Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

For quality assurance and claim verification, customers are required to record a clear, uninterrupted parcel opening video at the time of delivery.

  • The video must start before opening the package and continue without cuts or edits.
  • Claims regarding missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items may not be processed without a valid opening video.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We reserve the right to decline return or exchange requests if:

  • The request is submitted after the 14-day return period.
  • The product has been used, damaged, altered, or washed.
  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • A required parcel opening video is not provided for product-related claims.

  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Parcel Opening Video (if applicable)
  • Photos of the Product (if required)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.
